While this monitor is relatively pricey ($129), there are many other monitors in the range below the M10, which I believe are worth checking out, too. Since I believe they largely use the same sensors but only remove some, I would say that other monitors in the range are also worth a look.
The AirFanta G2 is another relatively inexpensive option worth looking into if you want a monitor covering both CO2 and PM. You can read my full thoughts below (and I would recommend it, because there are a few caveats), but this is definitely another option worth looking into:
