i have some serious health issues like asthma please suggest me some methods how can i clean my room air

Do you currently do any air quality monitoring or have an air purifier?
What are the biggest problems regarding air quality in your room? Do you live in a country with relatively bad outdoor air pollution, or perhaps have a pet that leads to a lot of dander? If you could provide some more background I will do my best to help!
