Aranet Radiation Sensor Short Review

I’ve now been using the Aranet radiation sensor for so long that they’ve released yet another monitor (the Aranet Radon Plus Monitor). While I don’t use it as actively as the Aranet4 Home (which I check daily), I love having this monitor in my backpack and referring to it when I’m curious about my radiation exposure.

What I’ve noticed that is particularly interesting about my current situation is that I see far more significant spikes than I used to. I’ve also noticed a few massive spikes, which I believe could be incorrect readings, but it’s hard to tell.

I’m still trying to isolate the reason for these smaller spikes, but they appear to be quite common and occur multiple times per day. If anyone has any ideas, I’d love to hear them!
