As carbon dioxide monitors have become an integral part of many of our lives, the need for smaller monitors has become apparent. While popular monitors such as the Aranet4 Home are quite compact, they’re not exactly small or inconspicuous. That’s where the newest carbon dioxide monitor on the market, the AIRVALENT, comes in. While there are some small monitors on the market – the Sensirion dongle (SCD4X CO2 Gadget) and Vitalight Mini CO2 Detector come to mind, they are both imperfect portable options. Hello Ethan, just to let you know that Airvalent support has been added to the CO2 on watch and lockscreen app. So anyone with an Airvalent can have lockscreen widgets/live activities and an Apple Watch integration for their co2 values.
Thank you!
Tech Care.
That is awesome! I didn’t know you were intending to support multiple monitors. Do you currently support any others, or just Aranet and AirValent at the moment? Do you have plans to support others, too?
@TechCare If you would like, please feel free to create a thread here on the forum introducing and sharing a bit more about your app! I think many people would be very interested and I too would love to hear some more about it.
Haha, so I have an Aranet, my wife an Airvalent, that’s why this new multi-support. Father somehow managed to buy an INKBIRD IAM-T1, so this one might come too. I wish I could do more of them, but their costs are not offset by the sales of the app, and I am bit short on time if there isn’t a big demand.
Thank you for the offer! I will gladly do a thread about it when I have time.
Aha, that makes a lot of sense! Super cool. Many of the best apps and products come about from a personal need or want. I would love to share your project on my X and maybe on my blog to hopefully bring a bit more attention to it!
Thank you so much! I don’t have much time this weekend to craft something, but hope to have something a bit more polished in terms of photos/texts soon.
